M C & G Bridge Studio 29-Jul-2018
Tip of the Week:
When playing in a 4-3 fit, you generally have to take care to avoid losing control of the hand. This often involves not drawing trumps early on so that you can lose the lead but still get in by ruffing. Also, remember that your opponents' trumps are likely to divide 4-2, rather than 3-3, so play accordingly. On the flipside, if you're defending and think your opponents are playing a 4-3 fit, consider leading a trump to cut down on declarer's ruffs.
Kudos and Congratulations
to Colin Binnington and Nancy Nap for their 70.83% game this Monday evening!
