Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is only required when the
Bridgemate Scoring system is used with ACBLScore to record:
Player Contracts, Opening Leads and Contract Results on each deal.
Bridgemate Scoring system stores contract information in an Access database.
Merge ACBLScore reports utility requires this Microsoft patch to be able to read
the information in the Bridgemate access database files ( YYMMDDx.BWS ).
